New Feature Spotlight: Predictive Intelligence for your plants with ReliableAI

The ReliableAI demonstration showcases its capability in anomaly incident prediction and corrective measures to mitigate potential failures. Leveraging an agentic framework, it combines supervised and unsupervised models, with an LLM analyzing alert criticality and correlating alerts with operational thresholds. Focused on a specific plant
section, it covers High-Pressure (HP) and Differential Pressure (DP) systems, identifying anomalies such as productivity loss, financial loss, opportunity loss, downtime, recurring failures, and repair costs. Its mitigation options include licenser recommendations and OEM recommendations, providing controlled measures to help operators take proactive actions, minimize impact, and prevent failures.
Customer Success Story: ePOD for Smarter Logistics: The Haldia Petrochemicals Story
Haldia Petrochemicals (HPL), one of the largest integrated petrochemical manufacturers, implemented the Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD), built on tcgmcube, to enhance logistics and supply chain management. The solution provides near real-time tracking, automates delivery documentation, and ensures secure blockchain transactions. With ePOD, HPL’s customers can electronically confirm receipt, transporters can submit freight bills, and consignees can report issues directly through the application.
Pro Tip: Get your reports when you need them, not before!
Instead of having reports delivered on a set schedule, wouldn’t it be better if they came right after something important happens, like a data update? You can do just that by setting up your reports to trigger after a specific ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) job completion. This way, you’re always getting the most up-to-date information, exactly when you need it. Learn more about tcgmcube’s data integration capabilities.
